Our Gardens

We have 5 acres of extensive gardens filled with a range of rhododendrons, trees, plants, hidden paths, small ponds, a creek, tranquil seating areas and more.

The gardens were first started by Lorraine Paterson in 1963 and have recently been restored and developed further by the Paterson family showcasing the decades of love and hard work the gardens have received. The conifers have been allowed ample space to grow; their mature heights create a striking contrast against the smaller colourful flowers, plants and rhododendrons.

Our gardens look especially beautiful during spring and summer when the rhododendrons and flowers are in bloom creating bursts of colour in amongst the lush greenery of the conifers and countryside.

The Garden is open by appointment or weekends from the 2nd weekend in October until Christmas. Café and Gift Shop also open.
